Us doing what bartenders do, mixing and serving drinks and keeping the atmosphere lively. We do carry our own bar tools with this (marg. shakers, jiggers, etc.). Setup of bars is also part of this (if needed). This cost covers 4 hours of service, 1 hour of preparation time, and 1 hour of breakdown.

If you are strapped for time or if you dont know what to buy, let us do the liquor shopping for you. We charge the retail price for the liquors of your choice plus a $5 convenience fee per bottle. Your price will vary depending on how much alcohol you expect your guest to drink and the quality of liquor. This does not include mixers.

Local Travel Fee is $30 from our Nashville headquarters.
After 1 hour, it will be an extra $50/per 30 minutes of travel time.
The duration of the time that is booked, automatically includes 1 hour set up before the event and 1 hour break down and clean up after the event. So, please add 2 extra hours to the time needed for bartending services.
Each additional hour requested to work, outside of the signed contract hours, will be an additional $80/hour.
We do require you to sign a contract on the terms we come to, to service your event and a deposit to secure your date and time.
We enjoy documenting our work as we provide the services. Let us know in advance if you do not want your event to be videotaped or photographed.
